I worked with CARE for more than 2 years in Delhi. The working culture is very good, however it depends upon the manager. It is an awesome place for beginners with a lot of technical things to learn. Salary and appraisals are not upto the mark. Otherwise a nice company to work in.

Dislikes

To be honest, its salary and compensation which is on lower end. And lack of HR policies and guidelines. Inavailability of HR in regional offices.

Work Details

The work is really very exciting (that too depends on person to person). I would personally recommend others to spend atleast an year and half to learn the basic principles of the credit rating.
