Too much work pressure during quarter end Too much low salary in comparison to work load. Low increment at analyst level. No pay parity amongst the employees. Case execution preference over case process and understanding. Immediate senior level does not have the requisite of expertise in handling a team or a case.

Combined attrition of last 2 years ~80%. Lateral hired CA and CFA with 2-3 years of experience earning less than 9lac pa. New analyst (fresher mba) from tier 1 institute offered 19lac pa. Tier 2/3 institute got 11lacs pa. Lets see FY24 attrition.
