1. No professionalism. Staffs used to working with there own boss, no COC followed. Even the leaders are unprofessional. They only looking for the business coming for the customers but they nothing bother about employees issues. If any single query raise to the concerned team looping higher management level people, they didn't do anything action on it neither bother the multiple emails sent. Pathetic company. 2. No well organised company. Seems the company is running by some unprofessional peoples. 3. No proper Salary structure/Scale. This is the worse case in this company. There is no salary scale for every position. Employee is getting more high package then to their reporting manager. 4. No yearly increment policy and no hope for bonus. 5. There no proper follow for Internal job posting (IJP) policy. Staff gets hired easily. Mostly done by recommendation....Read More
