It has immense task to learn about the concerned field, be it IT or health or data management. Good learning platform.

Management is extremely worse. Nobody thinks of employee. For promotion inexperienced people selected basis buttering only. Poor design of appraisal markers because management is selected based upon buttering and have no experience in process as well as in management. Appraisals done on prejudice and buttering only no matter how much effort you put in. Behaviour of management is too much rude as if running a general store in village because they know that they have done sufficient buttering to their seniors. More oftenly forced to work for extended hours but at the same time other people enjoying flexible time only because of buttering.
