Teammates were good weather a senior or junior. They were always ready to help. Salay criteria was good and i must say that work environment was good. Dislikes

Somewhere politics does exist and i don't like politics. I was not happy with 6th working day criteria. If a company have 5 day working process so why the people start 6th day work moreover if an employee ask for 5 day working in a 1 week than they deduct incentive from 6th day. So it was not cool i was unhappy with this criteria.

Work Details

My work was exiting because i was customer care executive in Religare. I had to receive back to back calls and solve the customer queries. So it was sometimes hectic and sometimes exiting.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
