Management has done no - poaching agreement with other Health insurance like Niva bhupa, HDFC ERGO, Aditya Birla health etc. No poaching means care employees cannot join or seek job/ position in any other Health insurance companies, employee will get stuck in the company and can't get go anywhere, Management made them slave and torture them. Management are keenly focus on Exploition of employees with full of workload and expectations without any benefit and salary increment, Management think that the company is there family business and drive their personal benefit from it.
