Growth becomes flat in 2 years, nothing much changes. Business vision is not clear, whole system is on monolithic architecture and hence product divery is really slow.

Everything, management and employees are very disgusting in heavier and too much toxic environment are there, HR team and management knows this but did nothing..... No male employee can't tolerate the harassment and the humiliation, but I seriously survive 3yrs....
