Work culture is superb with friendly colleagues, exciting projects and lots of benefits. Can learn, grow and build a successful career.

Dislikes

Some managers are so rude that you can’t approach them. It takes time to adjust within the team due to lack of proper vision.

Office ambiance is amazing with plenty of amenities and facilities. Company policies are employee-friendly and what I like the most is that hard work is appreciated and rewarded.

Dislikes

There is occasional miscommunication within certain departments which causes delay.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
