Culture is pathetic Management will not listen anything these people are self centered and selfish. HR is dumbest No proper system to calculate performance of employees if Senior Management want to remove you they can do it with ease. They will offer you variable that never be credited on your account. If you want it than taste your manager's shoes. Same process for appraisal and promotion.

I have recently landed a couple of offshore freelance jobs as a PM. These remote offeres were way too interesting and high paying to let them go. So, I took them. Do I let my employer know about this ? Would this be considered moonlighting? If I need to hide this from my employer, what are the things that I need to be careful of ?
