1. Flexibility in the company and culture 2. Micro culture of the team and the manager has been motviating and empathetic 3. The leadership is approachable and carry high agency 4. My job role is very entrepreneurial in nature 5. Constant efforts from all forces of the org to grow the career of the employees.

1. Work life balance is not created but needs constant declaration 2. Compensation is slightly lower conpated to the market. Hence, puts employees under the shadow of demotivatioj sometimes. 3. Middle managers in the org need to acquire more agency 4. A lot of sub par hiring is being done to be feasible financially but works the other way around for the company

The culture is very accepting and everybody's very understanding, even the upper management is very involved and are accessible. There are a lot of innovative things that are always discussed and are encouraged.

Dislikes

Sometimes, certain business priorities are very unclear and change out of nowhere, tech implementation takes a lot of time. It feels like people's time is not valued at all and everything is very manual. Sometimes too much data is being looked at but there is no action towards the same (also because it is manual process all effort feels like it is wasted). Open Hierarchy Transparency in decision making Lot of exposure for newbies

Dislikes

1. Work-life balance 2. Unrealistic target expectations 3. Never-ending data obsession which kills creativity 4. Too much and frequent focus on random experiments with out a well thought of plan 5. No breather in between projects. There is always something important or urgent ongoing. ITS EXHASUTING.
