It's a kind of laala's dukan. You are forced to work on holidays, Saturday and even Sunday & no comp off is allowed. Seniors are not supportive and management take decision with thinking about his employees. Poor appraisal and no bonus. HR has no role to play and only Business team has full control on everything. BH ask us to do PD till 7 pm and work till 11 pm. Worst organization to work with.
