Salary is not as per market inflation and your skills HR anjelina is a gambler and will only offer you in pennies if you are going with experience please do negotiate with the HR for freshers it good company to start your career!

For mens compulsory formals and women there is no dress code they can wear jeans and top whatever they want whereas a for men they have to wear compulsory formals no jeans and a collar tshirt also is not allowed from Monday to Thursday....... no gender equality i believe from this it's my personal opinion! Capita was good in kalyaninagar as soon as they move to magarpatta sez the vibe of the office literally died they made a very wrong move by relocating from kalyani nagar as it was in the heart of the city and now metro has also came up employees leaving in pcmc now has to travel more to show up pretty foolish move by the organisation...Read More
