Job Description
- Attention to detail and ensure accurate data inputting.
- Ensure personal data is protected at all times
- Good communication skills listen actively, have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Awareness of the wider People Function roles, policies and processes
- Gather data and understand information to be able to respond to a query in full
- Good organisational skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Work within the SLA and KPI deadlines set.
- Making suggestions for improvement in the processes that the role undertakes
