It is a best place to work, frindly managers, PL's, HR's and colleagues. The policies of the company are good. There will be fun activities every month, sports once a year. But the problem is there is no much growth both professionally and financially. If there is no commitments and ready to work for average pay then this can be a best choice.

As informed earlier, there is no growth professionally and financially.
