Company hasn't paid it's employees since mid February... employees worked till march. supporting in Covid is next step. Employees are waiting for the salaries they have worked for. There is been zero communication from management about how due salary will be paid...
Dislikes
There is zero focus on employee welfare training. Employees are expected to do unlimited hours for company without any gratitude or acknowledgement..

I liked (past tense) my colleagues and the initial sense of purpose and community when we first started, latterly it went downhill, all about the money, less about the people and it was obvious in the work and staff demeanour .... sad because it could have been brilliant.
Dislikes
I used to dislike the pretentiousness of it all, the false hopes, the big talk, the meetings about meetings, the silly decisions made by the board of directors. They used to talk about listening but fail to actually hear what we were saying, lots of misspent money, poor decisions and lying to staff and customers
