The CEO has good vision. The higher management is approachable. The product is great. Monthly meeting to let know the management decisions and company growth.
Dislikes
The CSM team and leads are pathetic. They have no idea on what is going on. CSM is treated like support. This leads to high attrition and high churn for client's. Work life balance is a dream. No training is provided and the leads are quote' It's like this only in here if you don't like start looking somewhere else or I will talk tothe HR. One is always threatened about being fired and seeing their history this can always be done. FYI Hikes are only for the senior folks who have been associated for more than 3 years....Read More

Absolutely No Work life balance. Weekend work is considered normal. Working less than 13 to 14 hrs daily is a crime. Will not even be appreciated or compensated for the same. FYI - These review are for the CSM EMEA team
