I tried thinking about it a lot but couldn't find a thing about what I like about the company unfortunately.

Unfortunately again many things to write about in this section. 1) Very toxic work culture, the HR that recruited you, the rmg, your teammates none of them have any etiquette how to speak professionally. 2) example of the above is that one of the employee was accusing of another female employee in a scrum call of being mentally incapable of working in IT environment for not completing a task and there are many of such instances. 3) when you try to reach out to HR for the concerns that you have there is no solution provided and you have to get adjusted to the way the work is being done. 4) You get calls in the midnight to login and work after you had worked already for nearly 11-12 hours. There are many other factors where there is zero work life balance and if you are a person who looks for this from your company and a good work culture then Capgemini is definitely not the company you must be looking out for as I have encountered same situation from people working in different domains and projects as well....Read More
