In my process there is a good work life balance, we get many brunch time in middle of the work and I don't feel any sort of micromanagement here.

Dislikes

They claim they have least attrition rate because of so many good reasons however, the reality is they have 3 months notice period which never gonna accept by other companies and people like me can't afford to search a job on last month of notice period.
