As a fresher we can start oir career, Teammates will always be supportive as we work together. i dont much growth, or learning adpects for non belliable resourese. commute for normal shift must be paid by employee there is no much scope for Variabe pays for NBT.

Capgemini is one of the companies who is always behind acquisition on these transactions intergration will nit happens smoothly other side employees may not feel comforatable with some silly desigantion offerd. Capgemi i system are still immproving nothing flows as it suppose to be. no impressive hike for anyone. always there preferto keep employees is a contract for 1 year thats fine but when they try to convert they dont offer good salary. etc etc...Read More
