Do not pay according to your skills.
Freshers are forced to choose projects and work on technologies which they weren't hired for and are threatened to be fired incase they say "no" to the projects.
Have seen multiple employees of Capgemini working as software developers for years but have literally ZERO knowledge on the domain. Not sure on what basis they hire.
