The work culture here at Cape Start deserves a hundred star rating. The company is very employee friendly and very transparent about all the policies. The team leaders here keep everything open about the projects. The company does not follow an hierarchy based appraisal and promotion, that will make more confident at your work placeperformance. My Work at Cape Start is very interesting. I work on different projects assigned by my Team Leader. Ample training was provided for all the projects allotted. Learning time would be given for all the new projects

CapeStart has profit sharing with their employees holding their position with the company for more than 2 years. CapeStart always motivates their employees and encourage them to come up with innovative ideas. The Company shares the details of their every project with the employees. CapeStart has successfully handling the projects globally. CapeStart conducts seminars and workshops to enhance the knowledge of their employees. Every quarter of the year the company conducts sports events and encourage their employees to actively participate in sports. CapeStart is concerned about their employees' health, and they are performing a daily exercise activity in the company considering the employees are seated for the entire day. They have Insurance plans for their employees as well as their family members. The management supports their employees' children's schooling for their education by providing the fees education as per their policies. Every employee of CapeStart is accessed individually and promotions are given as per their performances in yearly basis.
