CapeStart is the best company to work for as far as I know, and it is a very employee-friendly company. They always keep the employees first and have multiple employee benefits such as children's education fee reimbursment, Employee Stock Option Plan, shift allowances, etc. Also, the company policies are very flexible and derived for the benefit of the employees. When it comes to the job security there is zero lay-off policy under any circumstance. Management is kind enough to take new initiatives frequently to keep the employees happy and satisfied. On the other hand they never hesitated to explore new opportunities in the industry to give career growth for the employees and creating new openings to the unemployed. Capestart is a good place to start one's career. Capestart gives importance not only to work, but to a lot of extra curricular activities too. Every now and then there will be programs organized by the company. There are clubs where people can grow their skills and their friends network. The best part is that there is a biker's club in capestart, where long rides will be organized often.
