Caparo is a good company. Freedom to do work. There is no work pressure.

Dislikes

There is no doubt and disliking anything because if we have willpower and confidence. We can achieve anything whatever we want. It's my opinion. So nothing dislike.

Very good work culture managements are supportive.

Dislikes

There is diffculty to work with old employee they are playing very bad game with new joinee. Behaviour also not good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
