Medium work environment and culture. Training teammates are supportive. Company policies are not good they won't give any salary hike and bonuses even they won't permit the work

There is no doubt and disliking anything because if we have willpower and confidence. We can achieve anything whatever we want. It's my opinion. So nothing dislike.

Promoters try to empower people but then they are misguided by few old employees.

Few old employees sitting in Caparo politics against new employees if they are doing good and ensure that they go out. Very negative environment. Never join this company if you want stable carer.

Poor maintenance of plants ,they don’t treat you like a engineering graduate. I’m worked in quality department, quality manager ask you to continue 2shifts , and mostly they ask to come on even Sunday.salary also very poor, more over they also send you for customer complaint as a new joiner how do you know about this . And most worst case is food they won’t even give proper food

Caparo group is very good but I thing management is not found good that's why in market name not good. There is improvement required to prove company is MNC. Like Culture, job security, good policy, basic infrastructure, Facilities, Training and development, Recruit proper candidates .

Old people's doing politics that's why new hired employees are not stay company and Caparo group review going in market negative
