Competition is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Manger do not value an individual s' unique strengths, which is why I have to take decision to left CVPIL .

Working in this group is a very difficult task, there is more politics and less work here, the plots here are very partial, they give increment and promotion to their own people only

When I joined this group in August 2024, they stopped me and assured me that they will increase my salary by December 2024 with a written assurance. Yet it is now February 2025 and there has been no increment till now.
