I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Poor maintenance of plants ,they don’t treat you like a engineering graduate. I’m worked in quality department, quality manager ask you to continue 2shifts , and mostly they ask to come on even Sunday.salary also very poor, more over they also send you for customer complaint as a new joiner how do you know about this . And most worst case is food they won’t even give proper food
