Very bad working cultural. No authority given to HOD's by business Head and Corporate function Head. Junior members are playing dirty politics and not ready to do improvement under HOD. Junior members have no accountability. Every 8 month to one year HOD' fired by dirty politics. HOD's appointed and fired every year to protect junior team by the some old players by the support of HR and politicians.HOD infected in corona first wave and gone on ventilator and suffering with dead and life, no one reporting head called to him to know the health of him after one month ventilator he has on oxygen support for four month and no one of reporting boss Business head and corporate head called him and forced to give resignation and finally given termination letter in back date to him.No humanity and no human culture in Caparo specially in Fasterner division. Caparo is the worst company of entire automotive companies. There are all system which is flying in air by some employees who are the oldest. Quality HOD and Maintenance HOD is hiring every year and every year fired by dirty politics by plant head and their host and most with help of Corporate function. Job of Remaining employees job is safe. Bad culture even seats not provided for HOD up to 8 to 9 month, parallely junior staff directly reporting to plant head and corporate function head, no meaning of HOD.
