The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team thats markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. It's a perfect place for training because another plus point is that my almost Seniors come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the trainee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high but not from last two months. Managers do not value an individual's persons they looks ever in candidates some unique and utilize his strength.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is very challenging as I have to look products quality. If any Little-bitt mistaks disappoint my and company name.. So I always trying my 100℅ for work.
