Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Don't join. If you resign for better opportunity company will not give your working days salary. I am for example. I have worked with cantabil approx 1.6 months and when I resigned for better opportunity and servive my notice period after that company not given me my salary.
