Salary is decent for a PG trainee

Awful and inadequate training Worst senior Management- The managers are not at all friendly and they dont even treat you like a human being. All they care about is the task/ work to be done. They dont care about your mental health and will constantly shout at you and mock you. Even the coworkers themselves hate the managers. Its just incompetent people running the whole place. Awful timings- If you're a male and you are placed in the brokerage team then you will be leaving late every single day. The managers hate when people leave on time and would want you to stay as late as possible. There were even instances where the employees in our team themselves stayed in the office for 5 whole days without going home inorder to complete their work. There is absolutely no work life balance and you are not going to like it if you are in the brokerage team. Your work hours are constantly monitored and the system in which you work on records how much time you've spent w.r.t your work and if you happen to have idle time showing in the records then the manager will give you an earful. Due to this most of the freshers usually quit after a year. Overtime would not be approved on a timely manner and you have to keep asking your managers to approve it and same with the approval of leaves...Read More
