I don't like the leave policy. There is no job security as however long you work as an instructor how much ever experience you have you are still considered as an intern.

I was hired as a developer but asked to be a curriculum designer and instruct in various camps. Being my first job, for me, it was an awesome exposure. I was given the chance to learn new tech and implement them in the easiest way possible. Office boy/House boy cook lunch for all the team members including the founder and CEO and everyone will eat together. Mostly the same food, but its good to eat together and no need to worry about ordering food online or carrying a lunch box....Read More

1. If you are late or not productive, the CEO will ask - "Are you working somewhere else"? 2. Too much micromanagement. The sitting arrangement was made in such a way, the CEO can surprise check what you are working on. 3. The moment you are about to leave for home, The CEO will ask you to stay for a while so that he can discuss random ideas with you. 4. You might be called randomly after hours just to check if you are at home or partying somewhere or working for someone else. Basically, CEO have insecurities. 5. You might be lying to the client or agreeing to the fake details CEO is mentioning to the client/new hires. 6. You might be asked to spend more hours without any pay raise. 7. In the end, if you resign after the probation period, you will be given a termination letter instead of an experience letter. 8. No company assets/goodies were provided And was asked to wear formals as my salary is credited, I should be able to afford to buy formal. 9. If you have to work at an workshop on Sunday, there will not be any compensation or bonus or paid leave. You have to join on Monday again. 10.
