It is a very flexible company to work with, they allow teachers to choose when to work and timings with students can also be worked out. They pay instructors hourly, so as part-time work, this is a comfortable place to work at!

Dislikes

There are essentially no benefits and bonuses are very rare. Their leave policy is also limited - but one can negotiate long leaves if planned in advance. The management is sometimes unreachable and you are expected to deal with the communication between parent and company.

I think this is a fake company, they schedule interviews and then do not contact, when l message the concerned person Mr.Paras Saini he tells me that he is seriously ill maybe covid so he couldn't take the interview, but says that he can take the interview the next day.....I have never seen any HR behaving in this manner.....how cansomeone lie about covid and then get well the next day.....l think HR people bring a bad name to the company....when l told him this he cancelled my interview....save your job first then think of hiring.....as for me l thank my stars that l was saved from being cheated...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
