They are too irresponsible in paying the salary. It is 15th july today and I havent yet received the salary of june. All the contact persons reply in this case is hopefully you will receive it by this date that date but there are still no traces of salary. Second thing, the appreciation they provide is too less in comparison to the penalties they charge. For example bonus we get for being in time for all the classes and when demos get converted is too less in comparison to the penalties they charge for late shows. Third thing the management is yet unstable it seems because they keep changing the company policies every month.

In campk12, My knowledge is getting wider and this is a place where all my technical concerns are taken care of. Policies here in ck12 is for the betterment of us. Also Compared with other coding companies they are very friendly to the instructors and they do hear and answer our concerns in a day and if genuine they have implemented it for all.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but can be revised as experience is gained. Also if promotions are included, it will motivate the instructors.

No job security plenty of rules to avoid salary Pay per hour basis sudden cancellation of job lot of weekend assignments and deadlines making responsible for missed classes even though it is a technical problem from their side 5 minute internet issue leads to blocking / cancelling of salary No transparency for work No scope of additional income Counselling students / parents is added as a part of training. Restricting employees from being transparent.

...eachers to choose when to work and timings with students can also be worked out. They pay instructors hourly, so as part-time work, this is a comfortable place to work at!

Dislikes

There are essentially no benefits and bonuses are very rare. Their leave policy is also limited - but one can negotiate long leaves if planned in advance. The management is sometimes unreachable and you are expected to deal with the communication between parent and company.

...have worked in. No queries are been answered. No respect given to the employees. I was suppose to get around 12000 INR as my salary and I received only 45 INR . Utter rubbish these people are doing. looting there employees. These people don't really value their employee's hard work they put in in the classes. fooling people around.
