This is a typical Indian company with the management who don't even know the meaning about work culture and employee respect.

Dislikes

There is zero work life balance here, as you are expected to be available over phone 24/7 irrespective of what shift you work. At least you would receive 10 to 15 phone calls from your manager and team mates even during mid night.
