Dislikes
The hikes and appraisal system here is not dependent on your performance but completely on how your relation is with your manager and director, how likely you are to leave the company. The only way to get decent hike is to resign.

Good work-life balance, though 9 hours swapin swapout policy.

Dislikes
Technologies you end up working does not match the skills, project change almost impossible, limited growth.
Company policies very unethical. Company blocks the half salary in notice period for recoveries, that too first month(of 2 months notice period), which is inconvenient. They will give you performance bonus, but will sign the bond for 3 years, in case you leave company , you have to pay back this performance bonus, that too when your salary is held back.HR are very inactive, hardly will you get response on time, even mails are not replied back.
Here there are many untold rules, like you have to work on multiple projects, once you have some experience, you should be working with any technology, promotions/awards or any concerns given attention only if you decide to leave company....Read More
