Calsoft maintain good work environment and culture. Teammates and Management are very supportive, specifically in COVID-19 situation. I received my salary and bonus in time during this pandemic situation. Flexibility in working hours helped to maintain work and life balance. Excellent place to grow and learn new skills.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
