- Poor Performance Review Process - Biased Rewards & Recognition - Total office politics - No Work Life Balance - Ask to work on weekends and are so delivery focused that they will grill you. Hard to cope up with speed and quality in such pressuring environment. - No 360 degrees feedback - managers and top leaders - No off-shore opportunities - There is no such opportunity here at all. - Very bad development process. - No annual hike this year to anyone and not so good % bonus are given - No RSUs are given as a part of package....Read More
