It's not worth your time to apply for a job at CADWORKS.

Dislikes

I advise against applying for a job at CADWORKS. They typically send a recruitment message through WhatsApp and Email for Graduate Engineer Training Jobs, without providing a clear job description. They may then schedule a Zoom meeting under the guise of a "Pre-Placement Talk, GET". During the meeting, the HR representative may waste half an hour of your time before finally disclosing that they only offer GET jobs to individuals who have completed a fee-based internship at their CADWORKS India company. Don't give any certificate to them, they will take you as a contractual basis. They elaborate the policy & work, if you don't join they will ask you 3000rs. If you denied, they don't give your certificate. No career growth, lack of management in month hard to hard you will get 7-8k salary. Plz my humble request don't join here.
