Good work environment and infrastructure. You need not to wait for more responsibility. Individually focused on Your ability and capability. Overall very good working culture for fresher's to get experience upto 2 to 3 year. You will get opportunity to develop your career in various domains and software's. Management is not taking quick decision, chewing the issues intentionally. Due to nepotism and some kind of laziness of management impacts on existing projects and upcoming projects. All are (HR, and others) just a chair holder, They can't take decisions. Not getting support while we are on-site in other companies. Struggled for our TA & DA. Company PF contribution and our bonus cut down from our salary. Developed team is sent to other companies and we need to develop another team for in-house projects. Satisfied with my job. So much struggled at beginning. But after that they give lot of responsibility which helps me develop me in various role. I grown there from design engineer to project leader.

Good for the freshers to take initial experience in multiple domains. Healthy working environment.

Each and every small decision taken by Director. Admin, HR are only chair holders. Very slow career growth. You will get experience not the knowledge. not relevant people hired for relevant responsibility.
