Job security is moderate. Lay-off rate is less in this company. Occasional to long term on-site opportunities for lucky employees having right skills at right time. Work-life balance is bad. Management commits excess work deliveries for less time with clients, thereby exerting tremendous pressure on employees to deliver large amountof work in less time. Salary compensation and hikes are bad. Some managers are bad who make employees over work without giving importance to people's health and personal time with family. Some managers are bad and openly show favouritsm and Partiality. Work life balance is horrible, at least for some projects if not all, salary scale and hikes are bad. Some managers do not care for employees health and personal time with family. They commit excess deliveries in less time with clients.

Work Details

Work life balance at onsite location was good, but horrible for employees working at Offshore location. Offshore experience is bad, heavy work pressure for some projects. Poor pay package and hikes.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
