Every labour law in this country are violated: salary disbursement mostly after 12th and if there is a family function even further, basic salary much below the wages act to avoid PF, Gratuity (never given), duration of working hours, freedom to eat your own cooked food, 0 fixed lunch breaks and the list goes on, remarks and reference to domebodys perdonal life, their state and language.The only respected employee are the doctors (to some extent)....Read More
