Employer’s Response

With flexible working hours 8 am to 8 pm for office, an employee can report to work anytime from 8 am to 11 am and still complete their days hours and work goals. If still late after a 2 hours window, after 11 am even one minute will amount to being late to work. No overtime pay is provided, but compensatory off is allowed. Hope this helps to understand the policy holistically.
