Thank you for the feedback. Leaves are to be applied for ahead of time. Unless it’s truly an emergency. National and festival holidays are published each year, and option of employees to choose. Managers are encouraged to authorise leaves if employees hold good record, and prioritise based on quantum of leaves taken over a 3 years period, so as to be fair to all. Salaries and increments are based on merit and manager feedbacks. Employees are encouraged to express their satisfaction or otherwise after each increment cycle. We hope you did take the opportunity for review of increment. Reviews are done and confirmed after assessments again. Bonus is strictly as per laws of the state.
