Horrible. Nothing to like about.

Chairman is a old man with old thoughts and think he is right all the time. The son is a nut job! Super paranoid and think everyone is out there to cheat them. Not smart! Surviving since they have money. The company is run like a prison.. don’t ever think of joining them. No good new age HR policies. If you want your life to be controlled by rich lunatics who think just cz they have money and they own you go ahead.. chairman’s son has a foul mouth. Don’t not know how to respect and talk to employees. All his frustrations in life and vented out on employees. Money can not buy class for sure!...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
