Bytedance has a great work culture and employee policy but recently after the Indian managers and team leaders joined they created Indian like slave mentality and call centre culture. Higher authority should look for honest reviews to handle this condition otherwise bytedance will also be the same kind of Indian companies with toxic work culture.

Previously it was good but Indian management has started politics as well as oiling mentality . So the owner should look for honest survey and handle it properly.

The culture of Mumbai office is the worst have ever seen. there is a vicious cycle among a group of people always diminishing the other as much as possible. Always creating fear among others in the name of POSH and job security.
