Really proud to be a Bytedancer. Always day one is a concept to learn new things. Diversity champion is another good policy by organisations. We got fair opportunity everytime. Job was always secure from day one to last day. Work culture is so cool, which I can't imagine in any Indian company. Facilities to the employees are outstanding.

Sometime new learning is boring. If you are going with one strategy, new thing can ruin the past good strategy. But its a personal opinion. End of the day they did decent salary and facilities. That is a big thing for me.

It's really amazing experiences. I enjoyed every day in my 1.5 years on Bytedance. Completely new work culture. Learned lot of new things in beginning. But they are always ready to compensate every single overtime and extra task.

It's the best company I've ever worked. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Worldwide basis it is a very good and very high values company. Truely admirable.

The culture of Mumbai office is the worst have ever seen. there is a vicious cycle among a group of people always diminishing the other as much as possible. Always creating fear among others in the name of POSH and job security.

Bytedance has a great work culture and employee policy but recently after the Indian managers and team leaders joined they created Indian like slave mentality and call centre culture. Higher authority should look for honest reviews to handle this condition otherwise bytedance will also be the same kind of Indian companies with toxic work culture.

Previously it was good but Indian management has started politics as well as oiling mentality . So the owner should look for honest survey and handle it properly.
