Nil - Nothing at all not even environment friendly culture. Very bad place to work esp no matter how much effort you give your manager will snatch all your deeds and you get eggs in your hands.

There is no hotter firm to be in when it comes to Ed tech. BYJUs has been my stomping ground for the past 3 years and what a fun ride it has been.

Dislikes

No cons other than the fact that it takes a while to get used to the workload. But once you do, it's all smooth sailing.

Had a wonderful team who interviewed me. I felt like I was asked all the right questions and the interviewer really made me feel like my individuality was and will be addressed.
