Good place to start for freshers and good learning environment. A company which is like giving you a government job, fixed salary. Real recognition for true talents, no partiality as seniors/juniors.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. Pay scale is comparatively less, hike too only that of a fixed amount. The work pressure is high sometimes. Don't expect for work appreciation.

Work Details

Our office is in Ramoji Film City, So I feel so proud to work here. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give good salary hike every year. Also teammates and management are supportive.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is amazing. In beginning, I struggled a bit but after some time I got a chance to wear multiple hats. I worked here as different roles like content editor, anchor, panel producer, voice over artist, shift incharge.

Company provide latest technology. I am very happy a part of a team. 24x7 live news, every content where 13 language.

The person who works here can be proficient in all fields. Just example: Reporting, Panel Producing, Bulletin Producing, Content Writing, Video Editing, Graphics Design and knowledge gain in MCR/PCR, Voice over with all media sector works.

Major management failure and no job security in the company only dictatorship of some big official. My experience is very bad so if anybody want to join the company please my suggestion is if u have money problem then go this type of company otherwise don't

Bad, Only pressure. Bad skilled official give you only pressure. They dont talk about skills, productivity only they talked about quantity.
