I had the privilege of working with BYJU'S for six months, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The company’s innovative plans and dedication to students' growth truly set them apart in the ed-tech space. As a tutor, I appreciated the proper work-life balance they provided, which is rare to find in this industry. While I’mnot familiar with other departments, I can confidently say that BYJU'S offered a supportive and professional environment for educators. I believe BYJU'S should focus on filtering and selecting tutors who are truly passionate and capable of teaching students. Additionally, improving their study material content could elevate the learning experience for students even further.

There is no appraisal since two years and no job security for any sector. In my suggestion don't try to join any Edutech try to join in standard institution for good job security and good salary payment.

No appraisal No job security No proper alignment of higher authority If any problem exists in the groud level, we didn't have a idea to whom we complaint and solve it No F&F settlements.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time.
