The management is worst, they don't give value to the working people. During the machine test fell terrible experience, the so called 'art director' so protective their way of work even in interview. Standing behind when the candidate perming their test, mis guided them. A huge communication gape between HR and Art Director..... dirty office politics I ever seen.

Dislikes

Employer doesn't care about employee's career growth and other benefits that a company should give. As long as your pay is minimal, you'll get work - not if you have a higher paycheck. You'll need to find work to retain yourself in the company. No help from the highest position holder-even if you work hard you will be discouraged in every possible way. So better be careful with this one.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
